But I miss those times and would like to play some game, just for nostalgia and maybe more. Anyway, and I can't afford a console but if there are any PS 2, 3, 4 games that run with no lag/issue on my Dell XPS 13, I would love to check it out.
This is the laptop's spec. Dell XPS 13 (13.30', Full Intel HD Graphics 620, Intel Core i7-7500U, 8GB, SSD 256 GB) So, far I downloaded Tekken 3 (PS1) and NFS Most Wanted and they run just as good as in the console. If anyone has tried any game that runs okay, let me know. It's not possible to play console games without an emulator on a PC. The consoles use completely different hardware and software, so you can't just take a game from one and run it on a PC. You can play PS1 games with no issues using an emulator like RetroArch, but your laptop is too slow to emulate a PS2 or a PS3, never mind the PS4 (which there is no emulator for at all so far).
If I were you, I'd get and look around the store - there are lots of great indie games there that don't require a powerful computer to run, and are incredibly fun. I can suggest you something more specific if you tell me what sorts of games you generally like:).
